- Unauthorized sharing or misuse of confidential data will result in disciplinary action, up to termination.
5. Accuracy, Fairness & Transparency
- All client reports, marketing data, and content must be accurate, honest, and free of embellishment.
- Mistakes must be corrected promptly, with transparent communication to affected parties.
6. Ethical Use of AI Tools
- If employing AI assistance (e.g., content generation tools), human oversight is mandatory to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- We openly disclose AI involvement when relevant and correct any AI-derived inaccuracies swiftly.
7. Professional Conduct & Communication
- Our communication—internally, with clients, and publicly—must remain respectful, professional, and truthful.
- We respect confidentiality, avoid defaming or misleading messages, and respond constructively to feedback.
8. Social Media & Public Representation
- When team members engage online, personal opinions must be clearly identified as such; company affiliations must be appropriately disclosed.
- Refrain from posting content that could harm TrafficTonic’s credibility or clients’ reputation.
9. Reporting & Compliance
- Suspected breaches of this code should be reported confidentially to management or designated ethics leads.
- Retaliation against reporters is strictly prohibited—safe and open channels for reporting are essential.
10. Policy Review & Updates
- This Code will be reviewed regularly to remain aligned with legal standards and industry best practices.
