Correction Policy

TrafficTonic Correction Policy

Our Commitment to Accuracy

At TrafficTonic, we value integrity and precision in everything we publish—from blog posts to marketing guides. If any content contains an error or misleading information, we’ll correct it promptly and clearly to maintain your trust.

1. When & How We Correct

  • Updated Content: Whenever we revise existing content for accuracy, updates, or clarifications, we’ll note the change within the article itself.
  • Correction Notices: For substantial errors—such as incorrect data, misleading claims, or outdated information—we’ll display a visible correction notice at the top or bottom of the updated page. The notice will explain what was changed and why.

2. Types of Corrections

  • Minor edits (typos, formatting, grammar) are fixed silently to enhance readability.
  • Major corrections (inaccurate statistics, faulty strategy advice, misattributed sources) will include a written note explaining the correction and the date it was made.

3. Clarity & Editorial Notes

  • If clarity is lacking, but the facts were correct, we may add explanations directly in the content.
  • For corrections that involve ethical considerations or substantial revisions, an Editor’s Note may be added—approved by senior editors to maintain transparency.

4. Leveraging Reader Feedback

  • We welcome your input! Spot something that looks off? Let us know via the “Suggest a Correction” link at the end of articles or by emailing corrections@traffictonic.com.
  • We’ll review each submission carefully—which may include checking sources, reaching out to authors, or fact-checking with external resources—and inform you of any corrections made.

5. Articles Are Not Taken Down

  • We rarely remove published content unless it contains harmful or legally sensitive material. Instead, we correct and annotate articles to show what’s been updated while preserving transparency and context.

6. Use of AI Tools

  • TrafficTonic uses AI tools—for example, Google Geminie, ChatGPT, or other content assistants—to help streamline editing and corrections. If inaccuracies arise due to AI-assisted content, we commit to fixing them as swiftly as possible once identified.

7. Policy Updates

  • We periodically review and update this policy. Any changes will be marked with a “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Why This Matters

By owning mistakes and fixing them openly, TrafficTonic ensures reliable, trustworthy digital marketing insights—whether you’re reading SEO tips or ad strategy guides.

If you ever notice something amiss, please reach out. Your feedback drives accuracy and quality.
